I found ediscountbike.com doing a google shopping search for RockShox forks and was surprised to see they had the fork for about $100 cheaper than anywhere else (20% of retail). Worried they only had 1 review on this site, I decided to wait until next business day to call them and make sure they had it in stock and that it wasn't a bait and switch place.

Guy on the phone was very nice, told his dristributor had 18 in stock, helped me with options of the shock. I ordered it (monday afternoon by now) and following monday got the fork spanking new (wish i gotten it before the weekend so I could have worked on the bike, but order didn't go until tuesday which was normal).
Great price, great customer help...

But wait there's more. 3 weeks later (today) I checked prices again for kicks on google and notice prices have dropped (darn! I knew I shouldn't have rushed my order to get my bike built). Anyway, I IM ediscountbike asking them if they would adjust my price as they had dropped another 10% soon after I bought mine, and they said no problem and that RockShock had just recently lowered their prices, and they refunded me $60 right away.

WHOA! now that's a company that cares about their customers rather than try to make a quick buck. I will definitely shop with them again. Suprised they are so few reviews here...

I couldn't find any wagner power rollers at my local HomeDepot (even though they still sell the power painting tools) and my local Ace hardware store had a few left for a whooping $9 each!
so I went online and found this place selling them for $3.79 (less then anywhere I could find) and ordered a bunch.

Shipping took a good week (NY to CA), bit longer than I wantwed, but everything is there and rate was reasonable. Good email communication and tracking info. No complain whatsoever (didn't have to return anything).

Only thing maybe misleading was that I thought they were ACE hardware online - guessing it's not the official one, just a local store selling onlone - and my local shop couldn't find those skew numbers.

Anyway, great saving and I will shop there again.

I have made 2 orders with them already and have very good prices and free shipping, which can take a very long time (took about 2+ weeks on one). Large order was partially filled (3 separate packages) with sticker inside mentioning the rest was still to come.

Can't complain (other than slow delivery time) given the prices - yes some items are cheaply built, but that's what you pay for... overall out of maybe 12 things I got, only 1 was not usable right away unless I bent down some of the pins in the plug (Ipod charger), but is ok now.

I would order again - just check the item review first!

UPDATE 2/13/09:
right after I posted this, someone from DX contacted me and wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase and sent me a free replacement for the ipod charger (not worth sending the 'defective' one back as it's more to ship it :)


WHOA ! now that's customer service I wasn't expecting for dollar items... I have since purchased a few more items and recomended friend to them.

the replacement item they send was better (fit without modification, but still not a smooth fit like the apple ones... oh well, that's fine for the low price.

I was a little skeptical ordering from this site as it had only 1 review back then, and I never ordered BMW parts online before, but have since made 4 separate orders with them (from 'expensive’ 6 parts to cheaper 2 parts) - I highly recommend them.

The combination of realoem.com and this site, which is great compare to others I've tried, make it easier to get the right part and save a bundle. Typically 30-40+% on oem parts and I even got 75% on a $198 cooling tube at less than $50 !
(not so much for branded BMW ones – more like 3% off - I've found it cheaper to use my contact at a local dealer to use his discount instead).

As the first review said, they carry good parts (German, UK, Easter Europe), not the cheapest 'made in china' stuff found elsewhere.

They also checked back with me on my second order to verify the year model as the parts changed that year - nice and quick callback.

My first order was expensive enough that I got overnight shipping for just $10 - no brainer – but couldn’t contact them right away to make sure it got out on time (no phone #, only email which was a bit slow). Got the parts ordered Thursday in time for installation the next day Friday morning!

For small order, shipping can be expensive though. I did have to cancel one order (didn’t need it) and didn’t hear back right away, so I canceled my virtual card number, which they said might have caused issues.

Having this site & savings, and a local BMW mechanics who works on the side has been god sent to me and my '01 330i BMW. Great site ! will use again (well I already have..)

This place was showing as having the black Digital Rebel XT in stock on the web, and was gonna place an online order (lowerst price from a reputable source) but I called to make sure they had it in stock - they didn't.

called the next day (site still showed as having in stock) but item was indeed 2 weeks+ back order. Why don't they update their web site ????

the first call I got someone asking me if I wanted more stuff (felt liek a sell up), even though they didn't have the 1 item I needed anyway.

I ended up ordering the camera at beachcamera.com which was $3 more, but in stock and shipped that day.

Make sure items are in stock before you order !

This has been a very pleasant purchase once again - I got a black Digital Rebel XT for $822 shipped which was about the lower price around **from a legitimate place** (had nightmare experience last year when I tried scammmers) and called to make sure they had in stock (other stored listed but didn't actually hae it).

Bought it monday 11/10, shipped that night with tracking info and received the next wednesday (ok for free shipping to CA).

I would buy from them again (bought the silver Digital Rebel 6.3Mb last year) - about the lowest price as well !

those guys are crooks. Even after reading all those reviews, I still called them (sucker for low prices).

Called for Canon 300D ($629 too good to be true - but I was ready), which they said was in stock, but 'international' (no US warrantee) and no bateries/charger (they wanted $149 at the end for that - which I declined). Then after they took my name and credit card, the very rude salesmen told me it would take 6-10 YEARS to get it... Ok, I should have know... cancel - thanks for waisting my time.

Now I'm worried they have my card info.
