terrible phone service, i called many times, always no one answer the phone. also super suck mail in rebate from cooler master. i bought a cooler master computer case, and sent out the rebate form as they required. after two weeks, i got the mail returned back to me, they just refused my mail in rebate even not open the envelope. and it cost me more than half hour to get usps office to pick up this junk mail, and pay postage return back to me. what a joke, but it is the truth.

cancelled this order immediately after my purchase. and chat with staples online agent 2 hours later, got cancellantion confirmation. however, still got the item been shipped, and it's my duty to return this item for credit. it seems to me that staples is playing trick, trying to push selling on customers, since there is some chance customers get lazy to return it.

ordered yesterday afternoon feb.5, items not shipped. i want to change my order today, they won't let me do it. they want me to pay 15% re-instore fees even it has not shipped. I asked to transfer my call to manager, the phone was dead then. very poor experiences here. Finally I got the package, what they mean packed, is just original box without any protection. also there is no official receipt or invoice. I have to call them to get one for MIR. I will never buy anything from them.
