I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a laptop from this seller. And I do mean a pleasure. I needed the laptop for work and gaming (desktop replacement) I knew what I wanted, the only question was who I was going to get it from. After a few quickly responded emails from Rick Roberts (answered within minutes) to answering my questions via instant messenger, I was ready to place my order. Ordering from the Caribbean required me to pay via wire transfer which I convinced myself to do after reading various review forums / eBay rating. I must admit everything seemed too good to be true but believe me, this is one company that's for true!
Ordering was simple, shipping was simple (and very accommodative) product was excellent! I spent a lot on this laptop and it did not fail to impress. It arrived with an added bonus and all. Something that would never happen with one of the large OEM's. I've had no problems with the unit so far so no need to call in Tech support however if I did a big plus is not having to talk to wait on the line 2 hours to speak to someone who can hardly understand me / I understand them in a call center in Latin America (which I currently have to do for other work machines). This is a big plus.
My Integrated Systems purchasing experience has been an incredible one and will definitely be where I'll be recommending and purchasing in the future.
