Zoommania an extremely bod company. I ordered a panasonic ag hmc 40 form them and paid. They sent me an e-mail saying to call them. When I did this dude started talking about a package deal. I said I paid $1700 for something, just send it to me; why are you talking about a $2099 deal. He replied: well you will get it 30 days. The website said that the item was in stock and will ship in 5 to 10 days, what are you saying? I asked. The dude went off.I mean totally disrespectful, talking about he doesn't have time for games. Biatch, you told me to call you. If I had games to play I'd have deliberately call. Then I said ok, since you don't have the camcorder you are telling everyone you have in stock, let me just cancel my order.He hang up on me. WOW. So please people, don't go to Zoommania because if so many people are saying they're not good, it must be true.
