I placed an order on April 15. It has been nearly 2 months since I placed this order and it is still in "processing" status. Of course, my credit card was billed immediately.
I have emailed the company twice already (and once again today) and received only one response, saying that shipment was delayed but the item should be shipping soon.

At this point, they are in violation of FTC laws for shipping items. I notice that they have a fee stated on their site for cancelled orders, and I will not accept that. This kind of response is utterly unacceptable for an online retailer, not just against the law.
