“This order was a Pre-Order for a Shark Evoline helmet that is pending release in the US. Shark has been delayed in getting their product into the country, so our original estimated release date was pushed back from February to March. Because of this change in expectation, our customer wrote in to have the order cancelled. Due to the inconvenience, we added $20 in Zilla cash to his account and signed him up to receive a notification once the helmet arrives.”
