I ordered an Sager NP9170 from XoticPC and could not be happier with the service and product. I originally was going to order the Sager NP9270, but switched to the NP9170 after the NP9270 was delayed. The change was hassle-free thanks to the great customer service team they have and done by using their online chat.

Additionally, I wanted to change my order to include a better wireless card, which was taken care of with a quick phone call, despite how late in the process I requested this change. My order was even upgraded to an Ivy Bridge processor for free.

The team at Xotic was very accommodating to me and my needs as one of their clients. They were very knowledgeable about my product, as I'm sure they are about all of the products they sell. My schedule is hectic so being able to use instant messaging chat as well as direct phone calls was assuring to me during the process.

My product arrived earlier than expected and in excellent condition. I would recommend Xotic to anyone, particularly those like me looking for a gaming laptop.
