I have ordered several appliances online recently through various sites and they have all gone smoothly until I ordered from BuyRiteAppliances.com. I ordered a gas range on Jan 3rd, 2012 and it is now March 19th, 2012 and it has still not been shipped. After I originally ordered the stove I found it odd that my credit card had not been charged and that the order number they gave me did work when I tried tracking it on their website. So I called them after 2 weeks of waiting and it was then, that they decided to inform me that the stove was on backorder from the manufacturer. The said they it could be 4 to 6 weeks before they got it in. So i decided to wait and call back 6 weeks later. When I called back they informed me that it had just arrived and was in stock and now they would process my order. They also informed me that it would now take another 10-21 days for the shipping company to pick it up from them and once the shipping company picks it up it could be another month before it gets delivered. So here I am 76 days from the date I ordered the stove and it has still not shipped, and for all I know it could be another 2 months before I receive my item if it ever comes at all. If you are considering buying from BuyRiteAppliances.com I highly suggest you look elsewhere. It seems other people have had similar experiences and I am beginning to wonder if this site is just a big scam. If you do decide to buy from them do NOT rely on their "Free Shipping" when comparing their price to other competitors because they must think that if you select "Free Shipping" they just don't have to send you anything at all. Just to add one more nail to their coffin, their customer service is terrible.
