Worthless customer service, blames the "system" for all the delays. Purchased items on Wed Jan 25 WELL before the 4:00 cutoff time on the site. Thursday got an e-mail stating order was prcessed Wed @ 12:48 and as of Wed it was "PACKAGING-4-AM", one would be lead to beleive it was ready to be shipped thursday morning. Friday I still saw no tracking info so I called, got the run around saying it was shipped... Saturday the status changed to shipped - but customer service informed me they do not work Sarurday ??? So I guess it sat on a table... all weekend. Monday I call and she said it had indeed shipped but the system takes 24 hours to show a tracking number ??, really ?? since when does Fedex take 24 hours to give you a tracking number for an "accepted shipment" My belief is it still had not reached Fedex. Today Tuesday the following week I call again, same level of customer service ... run around the voila ! a tracking number from the shipment that was marked shipped on Saturday (oops maybe monday) I type the number in and Fedex has no record, so I call through my business account with fedex and they do not show anything but the number being assigned -still have not given package to Fedex Almost a week later !!! It is no coincidence they do not show buyer feedback on their website.
