I placed an order in April and am still waiting for any reply. They took the money immediately and did not deliver or respond to any email, and calling isn't possible. I have filed complaints with the Atty. Gen. of PA, BBB, and FTC. I am now filing complaints with the US Postal inspectors, FBI and anyone else that has jurisdiction or oversight. It really is time for consumers to stand up against fraud and stop being so accommodating to thieves. Whatever "Josh" at Nexfan's problems are, they knowingly defrauded many of us when they took our money while knowing they could not or would not ship the products. Nexfan had the opportunity to refuse orders and issue refunds instead of taking in as much cash as they could before failing. People like this need to be in jail and face justice. I urge everyone who has been taken by Nexfan to file complaints with the PA Atty Gen, Better Business Bureau, FBI, FTC, Postal inspectors and yahoo. Good luck.
