The fan was defective so I called to get it replaced. The customer rep said they would send me out another and just to throw away the old one. Two weeks later, I still have not received my new fan. I called in again and a different customer rep said that the fan was on back order and they were sorry they never notified me (Sounded like a load of BS.) The rep said that the item JUST came back in stock (Yeah, ok) and they would send out another right away. Their site never had the item listed on back order.
