I ordered an Ipad over the phone and was assured that it could be delivered to a different location. The next day someone with really heavy accent left a message on my phone. I could not understand what it was about or at least who called me. I called my bank, but everything was ok with the transaction there. MacMall on the other hand told me that they needed a verbal authorization again. But I had already given them all the information and authorization at the time of my phone order! Anyway, I answered all their questions and thought it was over. But, today, I've got two more messages and an e-mail from MacMall with the same request again. When I called, they did not even have any record of my yesterday's call. The explanation was that they are a different department of MacMall and need my authorization. I hope MacMall does not have too many departments, otherwise I may never see my Ipad :(
