I bought a set of outdoor patio furniture and I ordered by phone. The sales rep said that the products were all in stock and that the furniture (sofa and chairs) would ship from OH within 2 days and the cushions would come from CA a few days later by UPS. After 10 days I got a back order notice on the upholstery (after RH charge my CC for the full amount of the order) and they gave me a shipping date on the cushions of January 4th. I called today 1-5-11 to check on it and they say the date has been pushed back for another coupe of weeks but they don't sound confident. This is ridiculous! Restoration hardware claims that I have received my order so I have nothing to complain about. Terrible customer service!

I bought the Snow Leopard upgrade which is only available on DVD. the order was processed, shipped and received very quickly...
