Manager at their HQ in Toano, VA. Told floor was durable (showed Janka hardness rating in LL Book) and covered by warranty. Floor is horrible, no embellishment a standard cardboad shirt box scratched the floor. <br><br>Called their customer care, and required to submit a release, photographs, etc. which I did. Guess what after 5 days received standard form denial letter. <br><br>STAY AWAY FROM LUMBER LIQUIDATORS. They will sell you in a second but do not stand behind their product.
