After reading that their minimum warranty is one year parts, with life time labor and support along with the customer service ratings they have, I was convinced. The selection of optional components they offer is extensive. During the order process William George was extremely helpful. Asking questions and offering suggestions. The system was literally plug and play. Components and software requested were up to date and no unasked for software. I emailed a couple questions and received full clear answers. <br>Whats not to like.
