I am never again ordering from target.com
I ordered an item and I was already mad about about the shipping and receiving price when 30 minutes later I get an email stating that my item delivery date is going to be delayed and that if I wanted to cancel the item I could if the item hasnt been shipped. I checked the order detail and it had not been shipped but there was no visable link to click on to cancel the order, So i called target.com custerm SERVICE center, and they informed that I only had a window of 30 minutes to cancel the order and it has been passed that so there is nothing they can do! 30 minuted are you kidding me?
Anyways there was nothing they were able (willing) to do.
Ans that was the end of it...
That was not customer service, the email said that if the item has not been shipped it could be canceled but the call center didnt even want to deal with the email sent to me, all he repeated "the 30 minute window has passed so the order can not be canceled". ONCE AGAIN I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM TARGET.COM EVER...
