I purchased a DVD series that was listed as on sale and in stock. Three weeks later nothing had shipped and no emails, I emailed them waited a week and no reply.
Finally I called them and got the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of being on the phone with. She told me they did not have my item in stock and that she had no idea when it would ship.
At this point I still had the charge on my CC account and just wanted the order cancelled and my money returned. At this point she became hostile and claimed that I had not been charged for anything (as I was staring at the final charge on my bill) I basically got nowhere with them.
I ended up having to contact my bank and they reversed the charge and I got my money back. This shop is despicable, I never imagined a store tied to a major studio like this could be so terrible!
Terrible service, rude employee's... stay the heck away from wbshop.com!
