I signed up for the 'Cool Club' to recive an early notice of new products. The business has failed to supply this promise - as products are listed 4 to 10 hours prior to me being notified.
I paid $4.99 for this membership, I view this as a contract that is in default, and I in good faith have attempted to work with their business to make it right.
I approached this company via email to several addresses and got a response to my complaints.
My Complaints are -
1) "Advanced" notice is 1 hour before other people get the mail, yet 10 hours after an item posts... yay?
2) A halloween bundle that was purchased has not shipped 12 days after it was ordered
3) Instead of improving or even attempting to deliver as promised they keep offering the right to cancel out of their paid membership.
At least now they have stopped trying to blame my mail server for not delivering me the notifications.

"Greetings. The advance notice means that you get your notices one hour before non-members. As we previously stated, membership can be canceled at any time if you are unsatisfied with it.
As to the halloween mystery boxes, as is our policy with all our mystery box orders, extra time is needed as all units are assembled by hand. If you are unhappy with the long processing time, we are willing to cancel your order and issue a full refund so long as you confirm that this is how you would like to proceed prior to the item shipping.
We regret that you are dissatisfied with our service. Please note that participation is optional, and you are able to disenroll, unsubscribe, or cancel processing orders if that is what you wish to do. Please let us know how you would like to proceed."
