I think the concept of eBay is perfect. To create a place for people to sell items which are not of use, to people who have a use, is genius. eBay is getting into trouble trying to become the store front site for the world and is letting that goal ruin the site for average people who buy and sell used stuff. Overall the service is solid and the community is respectful of each other.
