I ordered a MultiSync FP912SB 19in CRT Monitor (very nice monitor) from them on the 10th of September. However, there was a problem with them billing my card. So, I thought, OK... maybe it's my fault, thats cool, I'll eMail them the right information. Five days go by untill I get an eMail back saying that it finaly got shipped. Right... that took long enough (even though it was over the weekend). Also, I never recieved a tracking number for my order. So, I eMailed them again to request my tracking number on the 24. It wasnt until the 29th that I FINALY got my monitor, and the 30th when they responded to my eMail with my tracking number (funny, hu?).
The monitor arived in good condition, which was great.
In short, dont EVER get your CC info wrong, or prepare for almost a month of waiting.
