Ordered a pair of Sennheiser PX100 headphones (which sound amazing) from this etailer. B&H shipped the item the same day I ordered and arrived promptly. Item was also well packed. I would have no qualms ordering from this company in the future.

Ordered the new VisionTek Radeon 4870 (sweet video card) from this company. FXVideoCards had the best price on the card at the time. Shipped the same day I ordered and received the item with no problems. I'd be glad to order from this company in the future.

Purchased the Logitech Z-5500 Surround Sound speaker set. Dell.com had the best price at the time and free shipping. The product shipped the following day of the order and arrived at my doorsetp 2 days later. Product works great. No complaints here.

I order a pair of the phenominal Grado SR60 Headpones from this store. Since I order on Saturday, they didnt ship untill Monday, but thats very usualy. They just arrived today via FedEx, so it only took 2 days, which is very respectable, seeings that I used their free shipping meathod, which said would take 3 days.

This store had one of the cheapest prices, and that combined with free FedEx shipping (I really dislike UPS), then overall I really liked my experience.

This was my first time using ServerSupply.com
I found them while looking on PriceGrabber for a cheap price on a specific hard drive. ServerSupply had the best price with a decent rating over here on ResellerRatings (which I always check before ordering from a store that I've never used before).

So I put in my order, and to my supprise, not a coupple hours after I put in my order (early afternoon), I get an email saying my package has shipped. Wow... that was fast! However, I got not tracking number with my notification email, so I send a reply to their support staff asking for one.

Something I noticed that I didnt like about the website, that it dosent tell you what shipping company they use...
Less than a week later my package arrives via FedEx (which is what I prefer anyway). And comically enough, I finally got my tracking number the same day.
The hard drive shipped in the usual static-proof bag, but what impressed me is the 2 foam inserts that it shipped between and the free disposable anti-static wrist strap that they provide. Very nice indeed.
So really my only complaint is that the website dosent tell you what company will be shipping you the package and the fact that I didnt get a tracking number till the last minute. ServerSupply should really work on that, but to be this wasnt a huge deal due to the superb service otherwise.

I got a pair of Ear Force HPA "Sourround Sound" Headphones from this company. After recieving them, I found that the headphones were incredibly uncomforatable. Infact, they were to the point that they would cause headaches and pain around the ears from the pressure that they put on my head. The sound they produced was also sub-par, and even the website for the product failed to provide any usefull facts about the headphones as well (frequency responce, Noise Ratio, etc). I eMailed their sales department which immediatly refused to give me an RMA, since the product wasnt "defective"... which the whole product line obviously is if it causes the user great discomfort. I then began eMailing their Support staff about how to obtain better padding for the product... there were none. Finaly, after about 5 eMails I was issued an RMA.

Thanks alot, Turtle Beach... for wasting my time and money.

I purcchased the PowerPro "Elite" 5:6.
PowerNoteBook's customer support is quite excellent, both over eMail and Phone. eMail responces are usualy sent out within 24 hours and are very helpfull.

I only ran into a few snags while doing business with PowerNotebooks: The day my notebook arvied, but before I opened my package, I recieved a call from PowerNotebooks informing me that a coupple coustomers recently had not gotten their AC adapter in their shipment. Low-and-behold I hadent either. This wasnt much of a problem though because they sent the AC adapter the same day using Next Day Shipping, so I recieved it the very next day. I look at this problem as "hey... sh*t happens... no big deal".

The PowerPro is very nice, light weight, and powerfull. It came with a free 2 year Parts and Labor Warranty and a 1 year No Dead Pixel Warranty; which are both quite nice.

I'd recommend PowerNotebooks.com to anyone for buying a laptop.

I bought a XBIT 1.5 modchip from ModChipMan. It was shipped and at my house within 3 days (good stuff). However, the original shipment was missing 2 reqired wires to complete the MOD. I eMailed their customer support and recieved a reply within 12 hours and the missing wires were shipped within 24 hours of the original complaint.

Awesome customer service.
Awesome product.
Slight error in the packaging, no big problem.

Highly recommended!

I ordered a MultiSync FP912SB 19in CRT Monitor (very nice monitor) from them on the 10th of September. However, there was a problem with them billing my card. So, I thought, OK... maybe it's my fault, thats cool, I'll eMail them the right information. Five days go by untill I get an eMail back saying that it finaly got shipped. Right... that took long enough (even though it was over the weekend). Also, I never recieved a tracking number for my order. So, I eMailed them again to request my tracking number on the 24. It wasnt until the 29th that I FINALY got my monitor, and the 30th when they responded to my eMail with my tracking number (funny, hu?).

The monitor arived in good condition, which was great.

In short, dont EVER get your CC info wrong, or prepare for almost a month of waiting.
