I bought some dye from them. They ship out very fast, either same day or the day after you pay. The only minor complaint I have is that I ordered 8oz. of dye, but got 7.6 oz, and that's WITH the double plastic bag they shipped it in. If weighed just the dye alone, it would be even less. Not too big of a deal, but just worthy to mention. That doesn't deserve one start taken off though.

I bought stuff from them many times. Only had to return something once or twice without any trouble. Only time to buy stuff from them is when they have sales. Normal priced things are guaranteed to cost more than amazon or newegg. One other complaints is that some of the employees are complete idiots, and the geeksquad is even worst. The average person on a computer forum knows much more about electronics than most of the employees. Other than that, they're a good place to go look at the display items so you can buy it elsewhere for cheaper, or when they have sales.

They have huge selection of stuff. I bought from them several times, the last time was when they had a sale and I got stuff for pretty cheap. Customer service was lacking a bit though. And also one of the shoes I bought to gift it to someone looked pretty nice on the website. It was a nice sparkling gold, but when I got it, it was an ugly faded tan. Size was also about 1 size larger than normal size, which was a bit odd to me. Other than that, no other complaints, they're a pretty decent store.

Very happy with my fist purchase from this company. They have personal interactions with customers (or potential customers) and answer any question on Geekhack forum. I was worried about shipping times because I ordered something, and their website had my order status on "processing" for a couple days. But I received the package that same day I asked them about the delay. It looks like the website just doesn't update status but in fact they do ship stuff out rather quick. I do wish they had a larger selection of keycaps (color, material, side printing, etc), but other than that they're a great store all around. I also got a free wire puller, not sure if that was on purpose or accident :D

i got an awesome deal on a desk combo. ordered it online for instore pick up. when i got there, i showed them the confirmation, and two of the employees helped me load it in my truck. no hassle at all, and great price

bought a motherboard from them that was a little buggy, but not their fault, it's the manufacturer's. received it quick, price was good at the time, no complaints about compusa.

bought an item online for instore pick up, amazingly fast at processing. after i ordered online, they were close so i was at the store in less than 15 minutes, and they already had it ready. once in a while, they'll have decent prices, but not as often as many of the other larger electronic stores

i ship many items through them at the post office and also online. for small to medium sized packages, they're cheaper than UPS and fedex for domestic and international. of the many times that i've used them, they misdelivered one of my packages. there was another time they sent me back the package because they thought i turned one of their priority boxes inside out and used that as my own box. it was actually a UPS box, so i wasn't very happy about that. when ordering a shipping label online, it's sometimes buggy to accept credit card and generating the confirmation number. other than that, i think overall they're a pretty good, competitively priced shipping service.

i bought an order of several items, none of them fit well, and the goggles were not of great quality, so i decided to return the stuff (but at my expense of course, since it was my mistake on sizes). i chat with customer service to have it returned to exchange for gloves that fit. the best option was for them to just refund me and put in a new order for the correct size pair of gloves, but the problem was that i needed them by a certain date. they shipped it promptly, and i received the gloves on time. very happy about that.

they have the largest PC watercooling selection in the world (no sarcasm). prices are a little higher than other smaller watercooling stores. however, i'll commend them for the way they dealt with problems. when i bought some fans for my rad, two of them came defective where they made a weird intolerable scratch noise in the motor. i contacted customer service and they decided it was shipping damage, and shipped me some replacement fans without making me ship back the defective ones first.

one thing that i have to ding them off for is always overestimating the shipping weight, therefore always charging more on shipping. i noticed this and when i weighed my package and how much i payed and compared it to the estimated shipping, so i'll have to ding them on this

although their price on watercooling components are a little more expensive than other US shops, they have a HUGE selection. i got my package in a timely manner.

one other gripe that i have is that i have not accessed my account for a while, and somehow it got deleted. i have the "new account confirmation" email, and also the order confirmation email still saved, and yet still can't log in.

other than price and the little account problem i had, these guys are great

i only ordered from them once, they are international but the cost of the item + shipping was actually cheaper than the stores here in the US. one of the items was on the invoice, but was missing in the package, so after i contacted them, they sent a replacement in a quick timely manner. great computer and watercooling store in canada

so far, i haven't had much problems with these guys. prices for some of the processors are crazy hot, but everything else is overpriced. i guess these processors are aka lost leaders, meaning they're there to bring you to the store to buy it, hoping you'll also buy other things that they can profit from. i also bought one SSD there that turned out to be a lemon, but i got that exchanged no problem. also, one processor i bought came down in price after a few weeks, so they had no problem refunding me the price difference. it's just funny how most people only post when they have problems, but sooo many people jump in on their hot deals and say nothing about it lol. this is a deserved shout out to MC

pretty bad airsoft store in general. my first order ever with them, i bought tons of stuff online, and few items were the wrong one (seems like this is pretty common for them). i've also been to the walk in store in person, and they have a pretty nice inventory of stuff. i've dealt with Evike himself, great dude and a stand-up guy, but his employees are almost worthless and a lot of them don't know much about airsoft. at their walk in store, everything is behind the counter and you need to ask one of the guys to get it for you. i asked specifically for one of the AEG internal parts and he didn't know what the heck i was talking about. i had to walk up to it and show him what the part was. another time, i came in needing more bb's and i specifically asked for a certain brand because i had an extremely tight barrel and bbs needed to be a certain grade and have certain tolerances. despite my request, the guy that got it for me kept trying to convince me to get their own rebranded generic bbs and keep saying ALL bb's come from the same exact factory lol. he needs to quit the job. i just wanted him to write me the receipt and be done with it since i already knew exactly what i wanted.

if you go on any forum, there will be lots of bad experiences with evike.com. i think they had to change their website name 3 times because too many people filed complaints with BBB and supposedly, it's a "new" business when they change their name. stay clear from this store.
