They used USPS and it has been over 2 months since I have purcased my product and have not received yet. Canada custom reversed the item (it\u0027s just a camera!) and returned to the sender after 1 1\/2 months. I called them a number of times but their customer service is quite rude and ignorant (ie. hanging up the call in the middle of the conversations).
