“Excellent company with good prices and superfast shipping. I was amazed how fast they shippped it out the same day as the order and the product arrived in perfect condition. I bought a arctic cooler for an evga gtx280 because the fan had died. In the mean time evga deceided to warranty the card so I was stuck with a cooler I did not need. I never opened the box and these guys accepted the return for a full refund without any penalty charges. This is a stand up quality business and you can be sure I will shop there again becaue I purchase many computer parts. I give them four stars for shipping, price and customer service. Their email response to my questions was fast,polite and to the point. I highly recommend coolerguys.”

“There was a problem with my order being late and they went ten times the extra mile to compensate me and make everyone happy with some of the most beautiful flowers my wife, sister and mother in law ever received. They also refunded all charges to my credit card. That was the only time I had a problem out of numerous orders with them. I thought that kind of customer service was gone forever but I was wrong. Kudos’ Proflowers, You have set the mark for excellent customer service that all online merchants should strive to.”

“This is the worst place to online shop I have ever seen. This is the second time in a month my order was incomplete when they listed the items as in stock. I called customer service about this and the rep said I should call in my orders so I would have a better chance of getting what I wanted. What the hell? Why even have a web site. They adjusted my order and instead of giving me a credit for items not in stock they charged my credit card again for the lower amount. Two charges, one for all items, and another for what they actually had in stock. When I complained she said sorry I only see the one lower charge and suggested I call my credit card company. More wasted time and cell phone charges. Stay away because you will probably be disappointed. I should have checked their ratings first. The first order I placed for Christmas was three days late and I paid extra for shipping so it would arrive on time. I ordered five days before Christmas. This place is horrible. Be Warned. They don’t care at all.
Update: They charged my credit card again. I called customer service and they said an item must have not been in stock so now my bank account has three charges totaling $500 for a $130 order. If I didn’t have money in the bank I would get overage charges from the bank. I have no access to my money and customer service said it could take three to five days to clear. What a Joke, Not Funny. If you place an order they charge you immediately, then if there is a problem if not in stock they charge you again for a lesser amount, It has been three days since I placed the original order. The attorney general needs to take a look at thier business practices. Buyer Beware

Update: 2-1-2008 The order arrived with two items missing. I give up. I am not wasting any more time or money with a outfit like this.

“They list items not in stock. No email notification of order status unless you call. Typical lousy online retailer. Buyer Beware. Strange they had no listing on reseller ratings but reviews on their site were all fantastic but after further reading after I got burned they sound to good to be true. Son won't be getting item for christmas.”

“As others have stated thier email reply is extreemly slow. I did not hear from them for three days and called to see if the Athlon XP2500 I ordered was in stock. IF not I was going to cancel my order because I found one locally. The sales rep, renee, I beleive, said they were having server trouble and would call me or I could call them. I chose to call them back because you never know about these places because it was the first time I ordered from them. I called back two hours later and the server was still down and they had no idea of the status of my order. She was very concerned and was genuinely trying to help and very polite I might add. I can tell if someone is trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I was now pretty frustrated, she said she would call me back the moment the server was repaired. Fifteen minutes later she called back and my order had been shipped the following day after my order was placed two hours before they closed. Thier phone support is excellent, honest, polite and cheerful. Thier email support needs a lot of work but I would purchase from them again, just because of the excellent phone support I recieved which included my tracking number that verified the day and time of shipment as she told me. Thier item and shipping prices are good.”

“I ordered a last minute christmas gift thursday night consisting of a set of Klipsch Promedia speakers. They were listed as in stock so I chose 2nd day delivery to make sure they got here on time. I checked the shipping status online Sunday but said the order was still being processed. I called to check monday morning and the sales rep explained their order was late and the product just arrived. I explained it was a christmas gift and asked what he could do for me. He said he would ship it out next day delivery. I just checked the status and fedex has it on the way. I will recieve it tomorrow morning in time for christmas. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. He had the situation under control and resolved within minutes. I respect this establishment for following thru on what they told me and getting my order out right away in the middle of the christmas rush. I will definitly shop here again and recommend them to my friends. I hope they all have happy holidays and you also.”

“I placed an order with another company for a video card for chrismas. I waited four days with no shipping email sent. I called and the card was backordered. I canceled the order and called new egg in a panic. I ordered the card thru thier online website on friday afternoon and saturday morning it arrived at my door in buffalo NY from california. They saved christmas for me. I have ordered from them in the past and service has always been fast, also items arrived as ordered and in perfect condition. As an online computer store no one can come close. Kudo's New Egg and Thank You. A Very Satisfied Customer :)

Update: January 2007 Since this previous order I have purchaced many Items and always recieve the best service I've ever experienced from any retailer period. Any rma's (2 out of over 100 items) were handled quickly and to my utmost satisfaction. Because of thier Outstanding Customer Service, Pricing, Order Processing, Shipping Speed, after 5 years I will never shop anywhere else. I made a mistake updating payment information but needed a 850w Tagan Power Supply right away. I upgraded shipping but the order was held because of the error. After contacting customer service and resolving the issue they sent it out second day air so I would get it on time. This store is just fantastic.”

“I bought a viewsonic montitor P95F+b. Shipping was a little slow but the product arrived in about a week and was in good shape. Good price but online order checking needs improvement.”
