I have been a customer of the Berger Bros for many years. I have purchased mostly all of my camera equipment from then.
I have attended several instruction sessions at their two stores and have always been satisfied.
The last class I attended I won a prize and was told that I would be sent a Lensbaby in the mail. I forgot about it for several weeks, I already owned a Lensbaby composer and all the accessories. On day I realized I did not get my prize. I emailed the Berger Bros main email account and asked about the prize.
Well, Brad Berger (the Owner) contacted the company that was supposed to forward the Lensbaby, they in-turn contacted me and In one week I had my Lensbaby which they (Berger Bros) let me exchange for another accessory that I did not have.
This is a great store with reasonable, fair priced equipment,the employees are experienced, helpful people who do not try to sell you equipment that is above what you need.
It has been my pleasure to recommend them to my friends.
