I Love IHerb. They have the best Customer Svc. They ship out your order the same day if you place your order by 3pm PT. When I am back living in my home in CA I get the package the next day. Just standard shipping. While I'm back here in CT caring for my Mom I get the package 3, or 4 days the latest. Again just standard shipping. They have spoiled me with their great srv. I ordered products from a company in NY thinking I might get it super fast. No, here it is 2 wks later & I still don't have that package. So all my shopping will be done @ IHerb. Great prices too. Only thing I hope they will concern is taking Paypal for payment.

Will NEVER USE AGAIN! This is the 2nd time I used this company for I was staying in CT helping my Mom & they are closer to me than my normal company I purchase Vits from in CA. They send a notices that the products weren't pay for when I pay for them right at check out via Paypal. Then trying to get an answer via email, didn't get one for 4 days. Then found a contact # & Voice Mail box full. Finally I hear from them stating my order was send out & the used the wrong address even though I wrote the correct address on my Paypal & then again in the 3 emails I send them. Now I have to wait until it goes to CA & then back which will make it 3 wks to get a package from NY to CT. Funny when I do use my normal company I get the order in 3-4 days from date of purchase to delivery in CT no special mailing. Here it is Feb 6, 2012 still don't have package. Worst customer service EVER
