After getting it, I found that it was marginal for my needs. After obtaining return information from 101phones, I sent it back in exchange for a Clarity XL40D, which is rated for severe hearing loss. They allowed the exchange with no restocking fee, although I did have to pay for mailing the retuned phone to them, which I thought was fair. I am very satisfied with my present phone and with the service I received.
