I\u0027ve been to their store in Federal Way, WA when I used to live in the Seattle-Tacoma area; since I\u0027ve been in the East Coast area I\u0027ve purchased a number of systems and components for clients as well as for personal use. Their prices are good; the occasional defective product was always replaced promptly; their tech support has been competent and timely; the occasional order glitch has been quickly and fairly resolved.
