I was in a crunch when my laptop caught a virus. Seemed like the load time was like year 2000 dial up. Tech Kevin chatted with me on-line,and set me up to remove the virus remotely. I didnt have to leave the house, or leave my laptop. Get Livetechondemand on your radar!

I was surprised to receive a sample pen but this was great marketing! The pen wrote well, was sturdy, and was engraved with my company name (plays to the ego). I've wanted to order pens but after receiving cheap flimsy ones from previous on-line buys, I was hesitant. I ended up buying the sample pen in bulk from Amsterdam for an affordable price. The pens arrived quickly, in the correct qty and color, and of course the engraving gives it a special touch. They look great and I'm sure my customers will appreciate them. I'm happy with the purchase and will use Amsterdam again.

When I was finally ready to place my order, I received a response rather quickly saying that I could upgrade my order.

The finished product arrived very quickly - in about a week (with customer imprint).
