I placed the order on a Monday, decided to call on Thursday to see if the order had been shipped. (Their website said my order was still "pending"). They apologized for the delay and said they would get it out that day and send it 2 Day Express. I called on Friday to get the tracking number, and it still wasn't shipped. This time, they promised to send it overnight. So Monday comes and still no package, so I call them yet again. They apologized again - couldn't explain why it wasn't shipped, but provided me a Fedex tracking number and told me it would go out overnight that day. Tuesday, no package still. I called again and told me they would definitely make sure it went out that day - and so it finally did, and I received it on Wednesday. I originally ordered UPS ground shipping, which, from CA to NY would have taken about the same amount of time as it did for normal processing and shipping, but who's to say how long it would have taken had I not called them incessantly? In closing, if this sounds like your idea of a good time and enjoy babysitting your parts dealer, feel free to give them your business.
