Ordered a set of cable chains on Dec 26th, got prompt order confirmation e-mail and shipping notification e-mail, they arrived Jan 5th. Unfortunately they sent the wrong size chains. Their website says the best way to contact them is e-mail, and they will do their best to respond in under 8 business hours. Well, it took them 2 days to respond by e-mail. They did sent a replacement set of chains which finally arrived Jan 15th, 20 days after my initial order. I did not get a shipping confirmation e-mail for the replacement chains or the tracking number I requested. They finally got the order right, but it took a long time and customer service did not give timely response. To be fair, maybe they are overwhelmed by customers this winter, but if so, they shouldn't promise under 8 hours to reply to e-mails.
