I purchased an ASUS motherboard (A7v266-E), an Athlon XP 1500, and a Volcano CPU fan. This was an emergency purchase so I paid 47.60 for overnight shipping. The next day I had not recieved my product. I called Compubuzz only to find a series of unorganized phone menus (which were not toll free) and eventually found myself speaking with a woman who was little to no help in the situation. I had my order status checked and I was informed that the motherboard was backordered. BACKORDERED? Why wasn't I informed while I was purchasing the item? Why didn't I get an e-mail? Why didn't I get a phone call? You pay that much for something and they don't even inform you of their inventory status. Then I asked for a refund and the woman said it will take three days to refund my credit card. I said no, I want it now and she put me on hold and made the transaction. WHO DO THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE? POOR ORDERING SYSTEM, POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT, CAN'T REFUND A CREDIT CARD WITHIN THREE DAYS UNLESS YOU BEG????????
