RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I sold a book back to them on January 31st. I printed the label and information and shipped everything on February 1st. I attempted to contact them multiple times and was completely ignored. Finally, after finding their customer service phone number (which is NOT listed on the site, and which is just an answering machine - you WILL NOT get through to an actual person if you call them) and sending another email, voicing my concerns about being scammed, I magically got an email from them confirming that my book had arrived! Wow, what timing! Literally twenty minutes after I called and emailed again, you got my book? This company is obviously irresponsible and poorly run. If I don't receive my cheque within a week, I'm going to take further action. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau will be step one.
I wouldn't suggest this company to ANYONE. I feel as though I'm being scammed and taken advantage of, whereas CollegeBookRenter.com and Chegg.com had the cheques in my hand within two weeks of shipping the books to them. ValoreBooks is SHADY.
