“Negative experience. Ordered an item, paid with PayPal. Three weeks later, the Sundial Micro website says my order is "processing."
I call and they answer "hello." [That's a bad sign right there ... Is this an actual business ... or are they running this website out of their living room? ]
I am told they couldn't find the item in the warehouse. [I bet that means this is little more than a drop-ship operation.]
I am told an email was sent to me to advise of the cancelling the order. [It wasn't.]
The website still shows the item available and that my order is processing. [So the order was NOT ever cancelled.]
And they did not cancel the order with PayPal either. That means the funds are on hold, as "a pending transaction," and unavailable to me. And because I have authorized it, I can't cancel it. I have to wait until the PayPal automatically expires at the 30-day mark.
So, all in all, this company was a total waste of my valuable time.
Again, my guess is these people have built a website tied directly to a drop-ship operation ... and they aren't handling the exceptions in any way whatsoever.
I recommend that if you want to order something from this company you call them on the phone to do so, so you can confirm the item is actually available. ”
