4/5

I've placed many orders from HobbyPartz, NitroPlanes, and Xheli and had very few issues. They have very fast shipping, and good support as long as you use the forum rcdiscuss.com to report your issues.
For example, I've had ESC's purchased go up in smoke on the first flight, and hobbypartz had a replacement in the mail the next day. This was because I had my order #, and photos of the ESC posted on RCDiscuss.
They don't get a 5 star rating though, and that has to do with two issues others have brought up.
#1: They do not respond quickly to email & phone inquiries. They have a live chat and phone # listed on their site, but they do not get back to you in a reasonable period of time. This may have to do with trying to save money on support staff to keep thin margins, but its a price you pay for low cost parts.
#2 They will keep items listed that haven't been in stock for months to years. It seems like some major problems in their supply chain, but the sites are full of items that seem to be perpetually out of stock. If something isn't going to be in stock for 3+ months, don't list it on the site guys.
When all is said and done, they are still the best place to get off/chinese brand RC parts and models. Their prices are lower than the few other US based resellers of brands like Hobbywing, FlySky, Dynam, Exceed (and the other rebrands of the same models); their shipping is really fast; and their support is still miles ahead of the Hong Kong based retailers.
