Poor communications with the customer. I have been trying to order just a set of bases for a rifle since February. First I place the order and it said in stock online. I never received the ordered item. Three weeks later I got an email stating that they were back ordered but would ship when in stock. When the item came in stock, Optics Planet cancelled my order. I then reorder the product 3 months later. They duplicated the order. I had to cancel the second order. They also were very slow to ship or process the order. I still have not received the mounts after two weeks. Also they never specified the shipping method when ordering. I have never had a problem with Midwayusa or Brownells. Probably won't ever order from Optics Planet again.
