Ordered there XFX Geforce 6600GT when it was on sale for $250. Took 10 days from date of order to arrive. It arrived on a Tues. night. The shipping box was packed with 2 air filled bags. I opened the video card box up and took the vid card out of the hard plastic only to see the heatsink and fan hanging there by 1 click. The other click was broken. Called up TD.ca Wed. morning, and told them. They issued me a RMA number . I sent the card back by xpresspost. I even faxed them the reciept and tracking number to get refunded for shipping. Its been 5 days since they have received the video card and I have not received a response from them. So I called them today to find out what was going on, and the lady said it was with the technician right now. I told her I wanted a refund as I was not waiting a month or more for them to get more stock. She said a refund could take 7-10 days. 7-10 days is totally unacceptable. I am never going to do business with them again even if they do sometimes put out the cheapest priced merchandise.

All I can say is NCIX...you rock. Purchased numerous things from them. Ordered, processed and shipped all within 24 hours. Received my orders each time within 48 hours after the orders were processed.

Purchased a video and a sound card. Its been a week now, and I finally got the shipping email that it was sent out, again a week after I ordered. Company has great prices, great PM'ing, but must improve on getting items shipped ASAP. I would buy from them again if I don't mind waiting a week and a half to get my order from Calgary to Victoria.
