I decided to purchase WeatherTech front and rear floor mats for a ‘09 Camry Hybrid that I just purchased. I found KBCarStuff offered these mats at a competitive price with free shipping. I ordered the mats online on Thursday, and received them two days later via FedEx Saturday home delivery. The mats arrived in great shape and fit my car perfectly. The only minor issue was that when I ordered the mats I requested that KBCarStuff send an email with a tracking number when the mats shipped but I never got the email.

Another person who posted a review mentioned that since KBCarStuff is a Canadian company, they were charged an additional $11 foreign currency fee when they charged their WeatherTech mat purchase on their VISA credit card. I also paid by a VISA card (BofA) and was charged a $0.94 foreign currency fee which was no big deal.

Overall I am happy with KBCarStuff and would purchase from them again.

When I was trying to find a low cost supplier of large (27" x 34") easel pads, I discovered School Stationers. They offer a wide variety of in-stock easel pads and other school paper type products at very good prices. After calling their friendly sales department to verify price and availability of a grid-type pad, I ordered a case of easel pads. I received a confirming email with tracking numbers on the same day. The shipment was received in good condition on the date that was promised. About 5 days later I received a follow-up phone call from School Stationers to confirm that I was happy with my order. Now that is great customer service!

Based on my very positive experience I would highly recommend School Stationers.

I had a hard time finding a replacement 8 watt T-4 (3000K-warm white) fluorescent bulb. Savio Lighting d/b/a Slim Fluorescent had a full selection of T-4 bulbs in stock. I placed an online order and received confirming emails with tracking numbers that the 2 bulbs shipped out the same day. Upon receipt the bulbs appeared in good condition but I found that one of them was defective. After a quick call to their customer service, a replacement bulb was on the way with no hassles.

Based on my experience, I would recommend Savio Lighting.

We had a passive radon mitigation system installed by the builder of our house 5 years ago. After testing the radon in our basement and finding unsafe levels (over 4 piC/L), we realized that our system had to be upgraded to an active system by adding a radon fan to the radon roof vent pipe. We contacted Val Riedman at Indoor-air-health-advisor.com for help. He provided great advice by email and over the phone in selecting the right size radon fan and he gave us “how to” installation tips. His site is an excellent resource for any DIY homeowner who wants to install a new radon system or troubleshoot an existing system. The site also offers a fine selection of top quality radon system equipment prices at good prices.

Based on Val's recommendation, we ordered an RP-145 radon fan and accessories to upgrade our system. We received a confirming email and all items were shipped the same day with order tracking. The items were received in good condition on the promised delivery date. We installed these items and are happy to report that the radon level in our basement is now well below 1 piC/L, a very safe level.

We would highly recommend Val and his website to any DIY homeowner.

I was looking for a hard-to-find Opella bar sink with accessory items and found these items at Décor Island. I contacted their customer service before ordering and was assured that all of these items were in stock. I placed the order and received an email confirmation from them. I had to contact customer service 6 days later for a shipping tracking number and received all of the items in good shape 8 days after placing my order. The order was shipped directly from the Opella warehouse in Atlanta and I believe that the delayed communication of shipment/tracking information was an issue with Opella rather than Décor Island.

Strangely, about six months later we received a second shipment of the same items from Opella for which I was not billed. I had to contact Décor Island customer service several times by email and phone to arrange a return of this duplicate shipment. Again, I believe that this duplicate shipment was an issue with Opella, but I was not pleased with the amount of time and effort to arrange this return shipment.

Overall, I would purchase again from Décor Island, but only if the items were in-stock and available at a good price.

I ordered four Scythe KAZE-JYUNI "SLIP STREAM" 120mm Case Fans from Jab-Tech. Fans were in-stock, shipped quickly via Fedex and arrived in great shape. Jab-tech has an easy ordering process and good email communications regarding order confirmation and shipping/tracking. Overall a good experience!

I wanted to purchase a Honeywell VisionPro 8000 thermostat and accessories. Pex Supply carries a good selection of in-stock Honeywell heating/cooling items at very good prices. I placed the online order (including a nominal shipping charge), received confirmation and tracking info when it was shipped, and all of the items arrived in good condition as promised. We shopped around for a specific, large, custom size Himalaya Isfahan rug and found the best price (plus no delivery charge) at rugsdirect.com. We understood that this rug was not in stock when we placed the order and accepted the fact that our credit card was billed in full for a rug that was to be delivered at a later date. We charged our purchase to our American Express card since AMEX offers the best buyer protection in case there was a problem with the rug or the merchant.

Initially, our rug was supposed to be delivered 45 days after we placed the order. Our rug was made in Belgium and rugsdirect.com kept us informed about the delivery date changes through email. Although we were disappointed that the rug delivery was delayed twice, we understood that this was an issue with the manufacturer not with rugsdirect.com. The rug finally arrived about 130 days after we placed the order. The rug was shipped in very protective double-packaging and arrived in perfect condition.

We are very pleased with our purchase and with the customer service communications from rugsdirect.com during our long waiting period. Based on our experience, we recommend that you call rugsdirect.com about the availability of a rug BEFORE you buy so that you are not surprised or disappointed about a possible long waiting period.

I have made a number of purchases from Newegg.com (hard drives, MicroSD cards, cables, computer hardware, etc.) over the past 5 years and I thought it was time for a review.

This most recent purchase of a Belkin surge suppressor was typical of my experience with Newegg. Newegg had this item in stock at a good price. I placed the order and received an immediate confirmation and the shipping tracking number was sent later that day. My shipment arrived in great shape on the promised delivery date. What more can you ask for?

On a previous Newegg order for a STARTECH 3.5" floppy bracket, one of the parts was defective. I contacted Newegg customer service and they arranged for a no-hassle replacement.

Overall, I have been very pleased with Newegg and would highly recommend them.

I have purchased items from Marlin P Jones Associates (MPJA) several times over the last 5 years. I thought that it is now time to write a review.

MPJA offers an interesting assortment of parts at great prices. Their parts descriptions are honest and their sales/ customer service folks are helpful when you contact them about questions.
My most recent order shipped on-time and I was, as always, pleased with the parts that I received.

Our two sons play high school and college level hockey and we have purchased a number of items from HockeyMonkey over the years. We have generally had a good experience but our most recent purchase did cause some problems.

We ordered a CCM equipment bag in August, 2009 that we called in for delivery to a college campus address. We were assured that the bag was available and would be shipped to the specified address. Five days later we were notified by email that the bag was not available. We then had to order a different bag (at a higher price) which did arrive in good shape at the promised delivery date.

We have placed three orders with Frontgate over the last two years and decided that it is time to write a review.

Our most recent order in August, 2009 is typical of the service that we have received each time. We decided to purchase two personal care items and called Frontgate to get additional information. Their customer service rep answered our questions knowledgeably in a prompt and courteous manner. We then placed an online order that included a Frontgate gift certificate without any hassle. We promptly received a confirming email and then a shipping email one day later with tracking numbers . The items arrived in great shape on the delivery date that was promised.

Two years ago a teak market umbrella that we purchased from Frontgate had a part that failed after 6 months. Frontgate had a new part shipped to us from the manufacturer. Problem solved!

Overall, we have had very good experiences in dealing with Frontgate and would recommend them.

My son was starting college in September, 2009 and the college recommended that we purchase a ThinkPad T500 from the college purchase program on the Lenovo website. We tried to place the order online on June 17, 2009 but was unable to complete the transaction due to problems on their website. We then contacted Lenovo by telephone to place the order and we received a confirming email with a delivery date of July 2nd.

When the order was not received on July 2nd and we never received an email from Lenovo, we went to our Lenovo online account and found that delivery slipped to July 17th. We did not receive the order on July 17th nor did we receive an email from Lenovo, we again found in our online account that Lenovo slipped the delivery date to July 30th. I was concerned about the delivery possibly slipping again to after the start of the college year, so I contacted the IT Director at the college. After his phone call to Lenovo, we finally received our ThinkPad T500 on July 27th. The T500 arrived in great shape and my son was pleased with this laptop.

Although Lenovo makes a very good product, their online sales and order fulfillment process leaves a lot to be desired.

I am a Costco member and do most of my shopping at their brick-and-mortar store. But some specialty items are only available online and that is why I am writing this review.

I have ordered KIRKLAND(Costco brand)specialty nutritional supplements three times. Each time costco.com provided good email communication about receiving and shipping my order. The orders always arrived in good shape on the date that delivery was promised.

Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience at costco.com.
