Horrible Company! Worst online shopping experience ever. I placed order on April 3, 2009, payment via PayPal. I then immediately sent an email to the address listed in PayPal (orders@tylerindustries.com). I never got a confirmation email or any type of acknowledgement, yet my credit card and paypal accounts show that the payment did indeed go through.
It has been 8-9 days since the order was placed and I still have yet to receive any type of reply from these people. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT buy from them!

I just received my items in the mail. I retract my previous review, but only to the extent that I got what I paid for. The company still had not sent me any notifications of shipping or provided any information about the transaction. They never replied to my emails either.

“Sang, We HAVE BEEN REPLYING to all of your e-mails and your support tickets.Order confirmations are automatically sent to the customer by our shopping cart.It seems our e-mails are being blocked by some sort of spam filter. You ordered on 4/03/2009, 09:55 PM. As stated clearly on our website, we were closed until April 8. Upon opening on April 8, your order was promptly shipped and the tracking showed it Delivered, April 10, 2009, 1:59 pm. This is still only 6 business days from the date you ordered and not 8-9 as you state below. We are sorry to see that you are leaving bad feedback for our company because of a mis-communication which clearly could not have been prevented.In addition, all shipping times/ methods can be found in our support area under FAQs. Please let us know what we could have done differently, rather than just ranting. Thank you.”
