“My online order arrived damaged! I ordered a collectible doll and the item was put in flimsy packaging by target which was barely big enough to cover box and with very little packing material! I call their customer service and they took no responsibility for it and want me to take it to a Target store and reorder online. Its not available in store and this item is selling fast. Plus I paid with PayPal bill me later so I have to get store credit for it. But my issue is about their POOR Packing and my item arriving damaged! Target do not care about customers. All they want is your money. I would rather go to Walmart or amazon where they care about their customers. Also I am shocked to hear that target DO NOT pick up faulty large items upto 70 pounds! If its faulty they should enable a convenient return for customers!”
