It is impossible to return anything--if you do--they do not credit your credit card...some people are still waiting for a credit from 2005! They try to bundle things together that you don\u0027t want. They sell you items at a low price BUT THEY ARE PLASTIC. They sell you items which they bill as \u0022for Canon\u0022 but they are generic and low quality. They send you product but without confirmation or a bill? I am reporting them to every website I know and am reporting them to the NY Consumer Affairs Bureau! They operate under 3 different names and multiple telephone numbers and fax numbers. They don\u0027t answer their emails and they are returned with \u0022not send\u0022 delivery? This company is a fraud!!!!
