BEWARE! BEWARE! I ordered an Onkyo 6-Disc Carousel DVD/CD Changer from them in black. They claimed it was in stock. Instead, Plasma Bay shipped a silver one, which was not what I ordered. In a number of protesting phone calls, they challenged the return, insisting that I would owe a 15% restocking fee. It took a credit card complaint, plus the intervention of the New Jersey better business bureau, to get the full credit on this unordered item.

After dealing with these people, I needed a shower. Stay away.

BEWARE! BEWARE! I ordered a printer in early June. PC-Rush (now known to me as P-Crush) at first could not find the printer, then determined that it was lost by Fed Ex in a storm (unreadable boxes due to storm damage); wanted to file a "Lost Package Claim" with Fed Ex, with me to pay for a SECOND printer on my credit card while refusing to credit the first printer until Fed Ex completed their damage claim search; with no guarantee as to when the process would be complete.

It took a credit card protest to stop payment to these people to take my business to Dell directly.
