Made my order on the internet. When the shipment arrived 25% of the mechandise was broken. The packing in the box was done very poorly. I have tried to call 1000bulbs on four occasions on the toll free and the toll line and each time the auto-attendant answers, I select option #3 and then the phone rings several times until the call is dropped. I am not very impressed with the shipping or customer service department at this point in time. Disappointed but still hoping to get the matter resolved.
