Same as everybody else.."call to confirm". I did as requested, "Oh yeah, it will be correct". First screen had the wrong connector. Called back, "We'll ship you the right one". Second is dead. Finally the third screen is correct and fixes the problem.
So then they want me to pay to pay the return shipping for their issues. Finally I get a UPS account number to send the screens back. They won't sent me a call tag, so I have to go all the way to the UPS center to ship it.
To save them some money, I put both of the small, thin screens in ONE box.
NOW FOR THE LAST 10 MONTHS I GET A CALL EVERY 6 WEEKS WANTING TO KNOW WHEN I GOING TO RETURN THE SECOND PACKAGE. I EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AGAIN. "OK, we'll correct your account".
TONIGHT THEY DECIDE TO BILL MY CREDIT CALL FOR THE SECOND SCREEN AFTER 10 MONTHS OF A BULLSHIT RUN AROUND WITH THEM.
SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET AN EARFUL IN THE MORNING.
Bottom line AVOID these people. Don't seem to know how to run a business.
Feb. 7, 2010 Update: After over a month and 11 phone calls, I finally got a refund for the fraudulent charge to my credit card.
