Placed an order and chose overnight delivery for Tues since I would not be home on Wed for ground or 2nd day(same deliv time). DHL screwed up on their sorting and wont deliver until Wed which I will have to wait for return delivery on Thur and referred me to Outpost for refund. Outpost claimed they could only refund for difference between 2nd day and overnite even though they are both the same delivery time to my area. Total bullshit. Last time I order from Outpost. After I received the order I found a second day air sticker on the box. So basically Outpost charged me for next day air when they really shipped it second day air. Avoid these thieving bastards

Ordered Koolance Liquid cooled case for $99. Case was listed in-stock and received email confirmation of order. Tiger cannot find my order now and I'm stuck with a funds hold on my CC that Tiger cannot release since they have say they have no record of my order and CC cannot release hold w/o auth from Tiger. So now i have to wait and see if the hold expires. They say the case special is no longer avail yet offered to sell me the same case with less parts for $120 more! Avoid them like the plague.

Ordered BFG FX5900 OEM. Expected card only(OEM) but received DVI dongle and VIVO cable. Well
packed and works great.

Ordered BFG 5900. Fedex picked up package and lost it after being scanned at warehouse. ENPC refuses to refund money. Says product is discontinued(BS) and I have to file claim with Fedex to get my money back.

Update: Filed claim w/ Fedex then ordered another card elsewhere. Fedex arrives 2 days later w/ a package from ENPC which I thought was
another shipment. After peeling off barcode label I found my original "lost" tracking# underneath. Card packaging inside was beat up. One heatsink pin was busted and floating around inside and card was also DOA. Had to spend more money to return it to BFG.
