After the order online, they called me and tacked on $200 shipping insurance charge but insisted I was still getting free shipping. And their site says \u0022no hidden charges!\u0022 I tried to complete the order anyways because the price was still reasonable, but it\u0027s been 4 business days and it hasn\u0027t shipped yet.
