Horrible customer service. Ordered two printers. They didn't send correct models, but we needed to print. One worked well, the other one had a part laying in the paper cassette tray, and it made an awful grinding noise. Took nearly a month to get an RMA to return it. Returned it at our expense, they repaired that problem and it came back (after more than 25 calls to their company) with a different problem. Took another month to get a new RMA, at which point we asked for a refund for the defective printer. They said they'd charge a restocking fee because it wasn't the printer model we ordered! Of course not -- they sent us the wrong model in the first place. Although refurbished, the printers each had at least 50,000 pages on them already, with a history of errors in the event log. We will never do business with them again, to both of our relief. Worst customer service of our more than 500 vendors, by far.
