I received my product over a month after ordering it. I understand that my chip was stuck in customs so that's not a big deal really. Things like that happen. I was told that I was going to get my product upgraded to 2-3 air and that didn't happen. OK, I'm fine with that.
Paid $20 for UPS shipping but they shipped it using USPS instead. USPS.com shows that my package has been DELIVERED already but I haven't gotten anything at all, not even a slip saying "sorry we missed you". I know that my USPS problems is beyond xmodd.com, but I wouldn't be having them if they shipped it with what they said they would ship it with. and that is UPS.
They were quick to answer my questions but what good is that if I possibly wont get my merchandisenow. Like I said before. I know USPS poor system and management has nothing to do with xmodd.com, but that's the reason why I picked them over another sites... because they show they ship using UPS and not USPS. I hope I do eventually get my product because I am not one to sit there and take it up the *** when I don't get what I'm suppose to.

“We apologize for the delay in shipment, we were running behind schedule. Our average processing time for premod is usually 1 to 2 week, we were behind beyond our processing time. There fore we apologize for this inconvience.
As for the shipping method, 2 to 3 day air is USPS Priority mail, which takes 2 to 3 days. We shipped this method because UPS Ground takes 5 days, therefore Priority mail would be a better method because it saved 2 days on shipping. USPS Priority mail also cost more to ship than UPS Ground. In our pass experience, we had more damages with UPS and FedEx than we did with the post office. We apologize for not notifying you that the package was shipped USPS instead of UPS. We have now added a shipping option of UPS and USPS on our site so customer can choose what shipping company they want. Your feedback will help us better serve our customer. Please contact us if you still havn't recieved the Playstation 2 because we didn't recieve any email from you. Thanks
