Upgrade processor+fan+sink+voltage regulator was a quality product. Powerleap however sent another person's packing slip/invoice and never did send a correct one. Dell computer would not shut down without pulling plug from wall, much of the time. Had to reinstall old procesor. Tried to returned Poweleap unit as per guarantee. Did not receive RMA return UPS label as they said, without further email. Return was accepted. Was told Was told "will take approximately 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed and to appear on your credit card account." Funny, they were able to charge my account immediately when they sold it. No credit appeared. More emails. Was told "The return process usually takes 2-3 weeks, so you should be seeing your credit very shortly." After the 3 weeks passed, I emailed again, worrying. Credit finally appeared on my card. I would not do business with this company again.
