Avoid this company, which is actually based in New Jersey, at all costs. I placed an order for four items on December 7th, and only three of the items have been delivered. It's now February 3rd and, after weeks of speaking with rude, careless "Customer Service" representatives (when I can actually get someone to answer my calls), no one has given me a straight answer as to the status of my order. Rest assured, however, that I receive e-mail spam from Abe's on an almost hourly basis.

How do they get away with this?
