I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. I would rather go to the DMV any day of the week than deal with this company again. They will not take the blame for anything and all they want to do is point fingers. I call to try and find out why no one has alerted me that my packages will not be sent out when expected. Instead of answering my question I get a bunch of attitude about how they have posted online that they do not promise any delivery date. I just wanted to know that my packages were going to be late. Never got an email or phone call until the day they were supposed to ship because the could not run my card again because it had been so long since I ordered it. Big surprise now they can get a hold of me when they need my money but not when they should be letting me know my parts are not coming.

After I ok them to charge my card again I wake up today with NSF ALERT notice from my bank because my account is overdrawn. I look online and good old motorcycle superstore charde me twice for the same thing. I called to try and figure out what was going on and because they shipped from two different locations I got charged twice. That is not how it works. They said one of the carges will be corrected but why make the mistake in the first place. This company used to be good but thay are not worth the savings. Please stay away not worth the headache.
